In this role, you will support sales and customer development activities while playing a key part in growing the business. Identify, prospect, and win new customers at national and international level

• Manage & Develop Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and carriers
Proactively manage accounts to increase customer retention and revenue growth
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and propose improvement actions
Act as a trusted point of contact, handling delivery status requests, complaints, and disputes professionally

• Create Competitive Commercial Solutions

Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers, bids, and service proposals tailored to customer needs
Work closely with operations, pricing, procurement, and carrier partners to ensure feasible and competitive solutions
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations

• Track Performance & Drive Improvement

Monitor sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates using CRM tools
Track quotations, tenders, and customer requests throughout the sales cycle
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
