Role Overview
The Senior Business Developer is responsible for expanding the company’s presence within key market segments by identifying, developing, and securing project opportunities. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting technical solutions, and positioning the company’s products throughout all stages of the construction process—from early specification to project execution.
This position requires a commercial mindset combined with strong market insight, as well as the ability to translate customer requirements into tailored offers and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase project-based sales and grow the company’s market footprint.
• Identify new project opportunities with general contractors, developers, architects, design studios, installers, and construction companies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming investments to align business actions with market potential.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create segment-specific campaigns, promotional tools, and materials that support business acquisition.
• Manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and budgets related to assigned segments; ensure visibility on performance and progress.
• Deliver regular reports covering project status, sales performance by solution type, and regional trends.
• Engage in continuous networking and relationship-building within the construction ecosystem to position the company as a key technical partner.
