As a Business Development Manager in our sales team, you will expand the portfolio in the Horeca Prestige segment by identifying relevant locations, building trusted relationships, negotiating premium partnerships, and ensuring their integration into our ecosystem.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Proactively recruit new premium locations, leveraging your strong Horeca network and participating in relevant industry events.
  • Quickly identify market growth opportunities - you have a “hunter” mindset, focused on results and action.
  • Manage and develop the Horeca Prestige portfolio, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships built on consultancy and professionalism.
  • Grow clients’ businesses by understanding their commercial needs, providing strategic recommendations, supporting category development, and renegotiating terms and conditions when needed.
  • Build sustainable commercial partnerships with a focus on profitability, managing P&L per client, commercial risk, payment terms, and portfolio impact.
  • Develop dedicated action plans for each client, with clear commercial objectives, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Negotiate and close premium contracts, with strong focus on value creation, execution, and partner loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to maximize commercial impact and execution quality.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, report progress, act promptly in critical situations, and ensure flawless execution in key locations.


OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER SHOULD

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in Horeca.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in proactive Horeca location acquisition and managing high-value accounts.
  • Possess advanced negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Have strong financial knowledge, including P&L, discounting, credit management, and risk assessment.
  • Be capable of building coherent and profitable commercial proposals.
  • Have a proactive, results- and opportunity-oriented attitude (“hunter mindset”).
  • Be able to make quick decisions, showing autonomy and resilience under pressure.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including availability for Horeca events and activities outside standard working hours.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a completed higher education degree.
  • Have advanced English language skills.
  • Have at least intermediate Excel skills.
  • Hold a valid Category B driving license.
