CallCTO is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager focused on daily client communication, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
This is not a conference-driven role - it’s a high-activity, high-impact sales position where your main tool is consistent communication.

What You’ll Actually Do
👉 Core focus: communication, lead processing, and lead generation
- Work daily with incoming leads: qualify, follow up, and move them forward
- Actively reach out to new potential clients (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Maintain continuous communication with a large number of prospects
- Present and sell:
- Atlassian consulting and implementation services
- AI / NVIDIA-based solutions
- Build and grow your own sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team (who focus on in-person meetings and travel)
- Maintain accurate and structured CRM records
💬 Expectation: you will be in constant communication with clients - calls, messages, and emails.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (IT is a strong advantage)
✔ Comfortable with high-volume communication (calls, outreach, follow-ups)
✔ Ability to generate leads independently, not only handle inbound
✔ Understanding (or ability to quickly learn):
- Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- or AI / enterprise IT solutions
✔ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✔ Self-driven, structured, and persistent
👉 Nice to have:
- Experience in IT consulting sales
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach / cold sales
- Experience working with enterprise clients
What This Role Is NOT
❌ Not focused on conferences or events
❌ Not limited to inbound leads
❌ Not purely account management
