HAVITAS is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers in the international road freight transport and logistics industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in road freight transport and/or logistics sales
• Good command of English (German is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
• Well-organized and results-driven
• Proactive, responsible and team-oriented
• Bachelor's degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Category B driving licence

Key Responsabilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the international road freight transport market
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Promote HAVITAS freight transport and logistics services
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers
• Manage existing customer contracts
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's commercial growth
