Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations and Business Development Executive based in Bucharest, Romania. The Executive will oversee daily operations of our offices, lead strategies to generate new business, and m manage relationships with existing partners and customers, under the coordination of our Operations Manager . Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and providing operational support to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Operations, Sales and Lead Generation.

Skills in Business operations and strategic planning.

Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities.

Expertise in Account Management and client relationship building.

Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills.

Proficiency in English and other language skills are an advantage.
