We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Business Development & Operations Associate to support our business development efforts and assist in optimizing internal operations and contribute to both strategic growth initiatives and the day-to-day operational efficiency of the company.

Requirements:

• You must have an excellent command of the English language;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with website builders and e-commerce platforms;
• Familiarity with payment processors and their integration workflows;
• Understanding of cart builders, checkout flows, and digital payment systems;
• Experience in sales is a plus;
• Strong research and communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;

As a Business Development & Operations Associate, you will:

• Support the development and execution of business strategies to expand the company’s reach and customer base;
• Assist in breaking into new marketplaces, including bookstores and other retail channels;
• Identify new business opportunities, and assist with account management;
• Evaluate and test various website builders, payment processors, cart builders, providing recommendations for the most effective and scalable solutions;
• Assist with video shoots, including coordinating props, set design, and other content creation requirements to ensure seamless production;
• Research and analyze industry trends, emerging strategies, and potential growth opportunities to drive business expansion and innovation;
