We are recruiting a Business Development Specialist for one of the largest independent players in Europe in the field of clinical testing and toxicological expertise, mainly serving the cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinical and cosmetic testing
• Build and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs and translate them into suitable testing solutions, together with internal teams
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals
• Support the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
• Collaborate closely with technical, laboratory and operational teams
• Participate in industry events, conferences and client meetings
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments

What we are looking for

• Degree in life sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or similar)
• Around 2+ years of experience in a commercial, business development or client-facing role
• Basic understanding or exposure to clinical research, cosmetic testing or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured way
• Good level of English

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, CRO, laboratory services or cosmetics industry
• Exposure to regulated environments or quality processes
• Experience working with technical products or services
