Job summary: The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions that support reporting, analytics, and decision‑making processes across the organization. The role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and functional teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and user‑friendly BI reports and dashboards.

This position is suited for candidates with strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools (Qlik and Power BI), and a solid understanding of data modeling and data quality standards.

Reports to: Head of SW Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and self‑service analytics tools
• Translate business requirements into technical BI specifications
• Develop optimized SQL queries and data models to support reporting and analytics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across BI deliverables
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with oracle developers to integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, HR, finance systems etc.);
• Configure, implement, and maintain BI application servers
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities
• Promote BI best practices and data literacy within the organization
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and access standards
• Continuously optimize BI performance and usability
• Document BI solutions, data models, and business logic

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Hands‑on experience delivering dashboards and reports for business users
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning)
• Experience with BI tools such as: QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, Looker
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
