Introduction:

To complete our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Intelligence Manager ready for their next adventure. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, development and execution of business intelligence initiatives, transforming data into insights that inform teams to monitor performance and enable to formulate go-to-market and portfolio strategies. This includes collaboration with many internal teams (R&D, product value/owners, quality, platform management, finance, and other teams across different geographies).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business information around platform adoption and usage, quality monitoring, and more; and connect those to business performance.
• Support on deep dives requested by stakeholders.
• Lead the on-going requests to onboard new data needs.
• Translate business questions into analytical projects and ensure timely and actionable outputs.
• Oversee and strategize Business Intelligence across the global team
• Oversee and enhance BI platforms and tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance of BI tools.
• Develop insight-driven reports for higher management for regular updates on key BI initiatives.
• Champion data literacy and insight-driven culture across teams.

Do you have:

• 4+ years’ experience in in Business Intelligence or a related role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Market Research, or a related field are welcome, but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in setting up and working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across regions. Proactive project management is second nature.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Have a passion for data, and turning it into digestible insights.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
