Job description:

Infosys Romania is part of a global network delivering consulting, technology, and business process solutions. As part of a large FMCG transformation, we are looking for a BPE Transportation / Logistics to support our Global Business Services (GBS) in Bucharest.

In this role, you will drive efficiency and optimization across end-to-end logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, inventory) and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inbound & outbound logistics
• Collaborate with and govern 3PL partners
• Analyze and redesign logistics processes
• Oversee transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations
• Monitor KPIs and enable data-driven decisions
• Support TMS/WMS/ERP systems
• Ensure compliance and process standardization
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in transportation & logistics
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in process management within complex environments
