If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Document, analyze and optimize end‑to‑end banking processes to support enterprise process governance.
• Maintain and update the assigned portfolio of processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Map AS‑IS flows and contribute to defining TO‑BE models aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collect and consolidate process performance data and monitor KPIs together with Process Owners.
• Draft clear analytical documentation capturing activities, interactions, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and support implementation of optimization initiatives across business and operational areas.
• Participate in transformation projects ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to legal, AML/CTF, sanctions, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
• Collaborate with business units, operations teams, IT stakeholders, and external providers to deliver process improvements.
• Facilitate discussions with business and IT teams to align processes with strategic and operational needs.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar fields.
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, audit, consulting, or related roles.
• Banking or financial sector background is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling methodologies (events, gateways, subprocesses).
• Ability to work with AS‑IS/TO‑BE flows and end‑to‑end process architecture (L0–L4).
• Ability to interpret process performance data and support KPI/monitoring initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple process initiatives in parallel.
• Comfort using digital process tools (e.g., Camunda Modeler, ABACUS) to document and maintain process assets.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and examples such as AI‑supported process analysis to enhance future automation readiness.
