Are you ready to lead a major digital transformation in a global FMCG company? Adecco is recruiting a Business Process Owner – Record-to-Report (RTR) for one of its top clients in the premium coffee and tea industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape and harmonize end-to-end finance processes across multiple countries as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.

🔍 What You’ll Focus On:

• Lead the design, harmonization, and implementation of RTR processes across the group
• Govern and enhance end-to-end RTR process structures, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with IT to align technology decisions with business needs

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document current and future RTR processes
• Ensure successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA and a mobile sales app across multiple countries
• Coordinate testing, data migration, and key user training
• Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing process optimization
• Promote a data-driven, process-oriented culture across the organization

🧠 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong business understanding, ideally in FMCG or retail
• Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel
