• Develop, maintain, and improve the accounting process model and reconcile with Process Experts/Product Owners
• GLOBE/S4U SAP Template Protection: Assure compliance to standard accounting process
• Evaluate requirements, prepare customizing settings and/or functional designs, coordinate implementation with IT/Integration, test the new functionalities and coordinate customer test activities
• Support the implementation of new company codes in SAP (legal and organizational changes)
• Manage accounting template: Initiate process standardization across shared service centers, introduction of best practice delivery models and drive continuous template improvements
• Develop and fine-tune AI models using the Hypatos AI solution to automate AP invoice processing
• Create and optimize prompts to ensure accurate data extraction and processing
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Work with the Business Data Analyst, Process Experts and Hypatos development team to collect scenarios, support during the execution process and deploy necessary changes in prompt iterations
