What are we looking for in you?
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar roles, preferably in the financial-banking sector
Completed higher education (bachelor's or master's degree) in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL, data modeling, UML, JIRA, Confluence
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as SDLC
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, analytical and structured thinking, ability to synthesize information
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or professional training
English language – advanced level

What will you do as a Business System Analyst Senior?
You will discuss with business lines to explore and refine requirements, proposing optimal and innovative IT solutions
You will document business requirements in functional and non-functional specifications, using our internal methodology
You will analyze the impact of implementations on existing systems and processes, identifying risks and benefits
You will ensure the quality of deliverables from your team, providing feedback and support for development
You will offer consultancy, training, and coaching to colleagues, acting as a mentor for new team members
You will participate in solution design and actively collaborate with project teams throughout the development lifecycle
You will contribute to process optimization, promoting the use of modern technologies (including AI and digital tools)
You will support the integration and continuous improvement of IT solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards
