Raiffeisen Bank, as part of our digital transformation strategy, is extending the Integration Platform team and is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic, collaborative team to help us implement a CIAM platform that supports SSO and comprehensive identity management features.

Job Activities:

• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
• Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
• Create User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members, to implement system requirements;
• Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
• We provide technical and analysis support to BSA colleagues from other teams who collaborate closely with the Integration Solutions Platforms team;
• Stay updated on API & Integration technologies and best practices
  

We will appreciate if you:

• Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;
• Are familiar with API & Integration concepts and technologies (e.g. APIs, message brokers, ESB, SOA);
• Have experience with data mapping, data transformation, and system integration projects;
• The Integration Solution platforms develop modules for a wide range of projects across a multitude of technologies, so it is necessary to have a continuous openness to novelty and change;
• Are focused on finding solutions;
• Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues;
• Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;
• Exert ownership of requirements throughout the software development cycle;
• Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress;
• Have good presentation skills;
  

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in business & system analysis, preferably with focus on systems integration;
• Familiar with specific SSO/ CIAM concepts: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Tokens, MFA;
• A plus would be to have worked in the banking field, so that there is a business idea of the flows in a bank;
• Knowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, treasury, etc. helps;
• API’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces;
• At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams;
• Previous experience with Jira, Confluence applications;
• Fluent in SQL;
• English (spoken and written) at proficient level;
• Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;
