We are seeking Business & Talent Mobility Consultants to join our growing network in Romania. This role is ideal for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy building relationships, engaging with employers across industries, and supporting candidates throughout international hiring and mobility journeys.

You will play a key role in expanding Spreadhire’s employer network, driving successful placements, and promoting our end-to-end talent mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage employers and organizations seeking international or cross-border talent.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment and mobility solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align employer requirements with suitable, mobility-ready candidates.
• Support candidate journeys across job matching, placement coordination, and mobility processes.
• Promote Spreadhire’s Global Recruitment and Talent Mobility services through networking, partnerships, and local outreach.
• Ensure adherence to relevant labor, mobility, and compliance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, recruitment, HR consulting, or talent mobility (international exposure preferred).
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid work authorization to operate as an independent consultant in Romania.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
