Your main responsibilities:

• Negotiating contracts and ensuring competitive prices;
• Anticipating market trends and development directions for the categories you are responsible for;
• Building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with suppliers;
• Managing the assortment (category management) based on customer expectations, market realities, and competitive dynamics;
• Responsibility for the permanent development of the managed product range (listing and blocking), staying up to date with new products on the market and ensuring their availability in stores;
• Responsibility for the product range, catalog items, and media products (TV, Radio, OOH etc.) for the managed category;
• Ensuring the application of the promotional policy by being responsible for the items chosen for media campaigns and catalogs; these items will be selected based on the theme of the promotions, the number of catalog pages, and seasonality, with the goal of ensuring the best offers on the market, respecting the Carrefour commercial policy.

Profile we are looking for:

• University degree;
• Experience in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel) – advanced level;
• English language skills – intermediate / advanced level;
• A detail-oriented, flexible, and dynamic person;
• Experience in commercial negotiations and category management.
• A responsible, proactive, and committed person.
