Requirements:

• Completed university studies in Economics or Engineering;
• Experience on a similar position, at least 3 years;
• Proficiency in English;
• Experience in identifying opportunities for cost reduction;
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and procurement process (costs, quality);
• Market knowledge (about suppliers, products, prices);
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and projects in a demanding environment;
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment;
• Critical thinking.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures the procurement process for CAPEX, equipment, machinery, technologies, and related services, in accordance with internal procedures, approved budgets and legal requirements, contributing to the cost optimization and the efficient implementation of investment projects;
• Explores the relevant market to identify innovative solutions and competitive suppliers;
• Identifies, evaluates, and recommends reliable suppliers of goods;
• Negotiates prices, delivery terms, contractual conditions and guarantees;
• Ensures smooth project coordination with headquarters in Germany;
• Manages complaints at the escalation level and reaches established savings targets;
• Prepares required documentation for tenders, including Cost Review Group reports, Price Evaluation Sheets, comparative analyses, and recommendations for management and reviews projects.
