You will be developing sophisticated software products for cutting-edge high-performance measurement devices in critical areas like CATV, Copper, Ethernet, Optical, and 5G networks.

Essential Technical Expertise:

• Programming Mastery: Proficiency in C++ 14 or above.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong foundation in OO Design Methodology (OOPS, OOAD).
• Operating Systems: Experience with task-based operating systems, with Linux preferred.
• Development Practices: Solid background in Unit/Class Testing and principles of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Version Control: Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Subversion).
• Embedded Systems: Experience with software toolchains, RTOS, Embedded Linux, and bare metal development.
• Agile Methodology: Proven experience using an Agile-based development process, preferably a flavor of Scrum, across multiple projects.

Highly Desirable Bonus Skills:

• UI/UX: Knowledge of Qt/QML for User Interface (UI) Development.
• Build Systems: Familiarity with CMake and Yocto.
• Networking: Experience in networking protocols (TCP/IP, 802.11, Bluetooth).
• Tooling & Tracking: Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Atlassian Tool Chain: Confluence, JIRA) to drive Agile workflows.
• Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Telco test equipment, communication protocols, MATLAB, FPGA, DSP.
• Modern Tech: Experience with mobile application development and working knowledge of AI agentic tools.
