The CRM/C4C Superuser & Trainer will support the European Equipment Service team by ensuring optimal adoption, data quality, and effective use of SAP - C4C- FSM (Cloud for Customer). This role combines system expertise, process ownership, training development, and user support.
The Superuser acts as the primary European liaison between business users and central/global CRM teams, ensuring that CRM tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities enable operational excellence and commercial performance. CRM Expertise & User Support Act as first-line expert for C4C users across Europe. Troubleshoot issues, escalate defects, and support release testing (UAT).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Operations, or equivalent experience.
•Experience: 2–5 years experience with CRM systems is required. SAP C4C experience is strongly preferred. Experience in training, support, or process management in a commercial or service environment is needed.
•Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must. Additional European languages are a strong advantage
Technical Skills:
•Strong SAP C4C knowledge.
•Understanding of Sales, Service, and Customer Management processes.
•Advanced reporting and dashboard creation (MS Excel, Power Bi)
•Data analysis and KPI management.
•Knowledge of SAP ERP/S4HANA integrations is a plus.
