How you will spend your day:
- Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required, including email, post, webchat and social media platforms;
- Manage high-volume and complex queries across telephone and omnichannel platforms;
- Using your product knowledge to identify solutions and resolve customer issues effectively;
- Stay up to date with business and product information to provide accurate guidance;
- Use of the systems and tools available to handle queries efficiently and professionally;
- Strive to achieve service level targets and maintain strong performance metrics;
- Maintain high first-call resolution rates and adhere to quality assurance standards;
- Contribute to overall team performance within your specialised department;
- Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws;
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team and business needs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–22:00, 8 hours per day; Saturdays on a rotating basis from 10:00–19:00, maximum 2 Saturdays per month.
Paid training is provided, lasting approximately 5–6 weeks.
