Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campaign Specialist based in Bucharest. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns. Key tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, optimizing strategies, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications

• Experience in Campaign Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end campaign execution
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to foster collaboration across various teams
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies
• Project Management expertise to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery of multiple campaigns
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is considered an advantage
