How you will contribute

• Ensure the execution of operations according with the applicable internal regulations, enabling the bank to carry out specific capital market activities;
• Analyze, together with colleagues from the business line, the documentation sent by clients, for opening trading accounts;
• Centralize the distribution operations carried out by investors through the territorial units;
• Manage the distribution activities of collective investment undertakings' participation titles, as well as the distribution activities of fund units for private pension funds and voluntary pension funds;
• Ensure the preparation and transmission of the specific activity reports to other departments within the bank, to the BNR, ASF, the Central Depository, capital market institutions, clients and issuers;
• Check the invoices issued by the capital market institutions for the services provided to BCR and initiate their payment.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor degree preferably in Economics, master degree is a plus;
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a financial-banking institution - back office operations area;
• Knowledge about banking products & services, about capital market and its specific products;
• Knowledge about operational work flows;
• Proficiency in English, German would be a plus;
• PC operating skills (Microsoft Office suite, banking applications);
• Analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and structure information;
• Ability to prioritize, organize and plan activities, also working under pressure, with tight deadlines;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Adaptability to integrate in a fast-paced environment, fast learner and team player.
