How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• The RDC Care Program Manager (RDC CAPM) will be responsible for supporting the Care business, ensuring that operational and business objectives are achieved.
• Drive maintenance contract implementation
• Deliver project profitability through rigorous cost control Ensuring operational excellence
• Review service contracts and performance
• Analyse install base information ensuring accuracy against contractual status and identify up scope opportunities
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Demonstrable English and Italian language skills both oral and written
• Technical background and experience in an operational customer facing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial concepts, management and controls
• Utilization of project management methodologies, skills, and rigor to achieve outcomes
