Introduction:

To complete our team, we are looking for an experienced Cash Manager to join our finance team within our organization. This position will be responsible for supporting the Group Treasury Director by assisting in the monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity for all operations.

Responsibilities:

Cash management

• Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances and cash positions. Ensure execution of payment flows.
• Help maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions
• Bank connectivity
• Factoring
• Accounting: participate in the monthly closing, ensuring the consistency of figures
• Ensure the consistency of internal control and harmonization of procedures in subsidiaries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Group Treasury Director 's responsibilities to act as backup in the event of absence

Reporting

• Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and variances
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly cash reports for management review
• Perform ad-hoc analyses (bank charges, bank flows, financial charges, etc.)

Continuous Process Improvement

• Support the finance team in the implementation of cash management strategies
• Develop and implement standardized procedures across the organization to ensure consistency, reduce errors, increase speed and improve overall efficiency.

Compliance

• Maintain accuracy and integrity in all treasury operations.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.

Your Profile:

Education:

• Experience or education in fields such as Economics or similar areas. Formal degrees are welcome but not required

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in cash management, treasury and accounting analysis
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of cash flow management
• Familiarity with banking operations and financial instruments (Forex)
• Experience with cash management software (allmybanks)
• Experience within an international Group with Holding/subsidiary operations

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in financial software (e.g. Exact, SAP by Design, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data
• Experience with cash management software (allmybanks)
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Languages: Fluent English is a must
