The Casino Manager (Romania) will be responsible for launching, scaling, and ultimately owning the performance of a new online casino brand (second skin) in the Romanian market.

This is a unique opportunity to build a high-growth iGaming business from the ground up, initially leveraging NetBet’s infrastructure, technology, and customer base, and progressively evolving into an independent and self-sustaining operation.

The role combines full P&L ownership with hands-on execution across acquisition, CRM, product, and operations. The Casino Manager will define the strategy, drive performance, and make key commercial decisions that directly impact on the success of the business.

Starting as a highly autonomous individual contributor, the role will evolve into building and leading a dedicated team as the business scales.

💼 What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in iGaming, with strong exposure to casino operations.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to P&L performance.
• Strong background in player acquisition, CRM, and retention strategies.

• Own the full P&L for the Romanian casino skin, driving revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, leveraging existing player databases to accelerate launch and growth.
• Lead acquisition strategy across paid, affiliate, partnership, and organic channels.
• Develop CRM and retention plans to increase player value, engagement, and cross-sell.
• Shape product, promotional, and campaign strategy for the Romanian market.
• Monitor performance, player behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, business plans, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with CRM, BI, Product, Payments, and Compliance teams to deliver a strong market proposition.
• Build the operational framework needed to scale the business over time.
• Define the hiring roadmap and build a high-performing local team as the business grows.
• Recruit, lead, and develop key functions including acquisition, CRM, and operations.
• Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability across the team.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian regulations, responsible gaming standards, and internal policies.
• Track competitor activity and refine strategy to support market leadership.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Romanian operation and central teams.
• Start as an individual contributor with full ownership of business performance, evolving into a team leader as the operation scales.
