Adecco Romania is recruiting an Central Region Area Sales Manager for its client, international company specialized in the production and distribution of medical instruments and devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Central Region (Cluj, Salaj, Alba, Sibiu, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, and Bistrita-Nasaud) by prospecting, contacting, and engaging potential customers.
• Develop and present customized commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and company products.
• Provide technical and commercial support to existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate, finalize, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring proper contract execution.
• Monitor delivery processes, documentation, payment collection, and contract compliance.
• Expand the customer portfolio and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
• Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and business presentations for management.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations, industry events, and internal discussions.

Candidate profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in medical devices sales or a related technical/commercial role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or a related discipline).
• Good understanding of medical devices and the healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Conversational level of English (spoken and written).
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
