Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute change management plans for the rollout of a Talent Intelligence Platform.
- Support the Talent Intelligence Platform project implementation. This might include, participation in design session, testing the platform, etc.
- Create a network of local ambassadors and animate platform adoption across UNIQA countries
- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Talent Intelligence Platform, Succession Planning, and other key platform functionalities.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials adapted to target audience that supports awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Create and maintain content for internal use, including guides, FAQs, presentations, e-learnings, and newsletters.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a new career site, ensuring consistent branding and messaging while supporting recruitment and employer branding objectives.
- Drive and activate our new Group EVP and employee advocacy program across regions.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in change management, particularly in the context of HR technology rollouts or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Work experience in HR within a multinational environment.
- Content creation skills for internal communications to support successful change adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in (training) facilitation.
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across countries and functions.
- Familiarity with Talent Intelligence Platforms and their practical application in HR is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with career site management is a plus.
