Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and analytical student to support global Change Management and Benchmarking activities within the Seatbelt Product Line. The role focuses on following up legacy Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs), monitoring implementation across plants, and supporting benchmarking and resizing evaluations for mature and end-of-life products. The student will improve data transparency, coordinate with global stakeholders, prepare management reporting, and help identify product simplification and cost optimization opportunities.Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:Track open legacy ECRs, actions, milestones, and overdue items across plants and regions.Follow up with global stakeholders and maintain accurate status and lifecycle data.Prepare recurring KPI updates, management reports, and concise presentations.Collect and consolidate internal and external benchmarking information.Support product resizing analyses for mature and end-of-life product families.Identify potential cost optimization and product simplification opportunities.Maintain reporting datasets and improve tracking, data validation, and reporting processes.
