You will be responsible for developing the Modern Trade channel by creating, planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns specific to this commercial channel, as defined in the annual activity plan and aligned with the direction of the Coca-Cola HBC Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implementing the activity calendar for the Modern Trade/KA channel/segment in line with the priorities of each brand;
• Measuring the performance of the Modern Trade/KA channel/segment and continuously optimizing allocated resources in order to maximize profitable sales and create visibility and consumer experience;
• Managing the marketing budget allocated to the respective channel/segment (Direct Marketing Expenses, discounts) in line with the annually approved or pre-approved planned expenses;
• Identifying new growth opportunities for the Modern Trade/KA channel/segment, considering the competitive environment and market trends;
• Managing collaborative relationships with internal and external clients to bring added value to the business;

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Completed higher education, preferably in related fields;
• Experience in Trade Marketing and strong knowledge of the commercial segment;
• Advanced English level;
• Digital skills, especially Excel (ideally advanced level) and PowerPoint;
• Comfortable working with analysis and numbers; strong analytical skills enabling the generation of recommendations;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Customer orientation and active listening;
• Persuasive skills, with the ability to use and communicate data to deliver compelling sales proposals;
