We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Channel Marketing specialist to join our Partner/Channel Marketing team. The Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely day-to-day with our EMEA Channel Marketing Manager. The role will play a critical role in helping to manage the MDF processes to facilitate requests and monitor usage by our European partners and monitor metrics/measurements/results of marketing programs executed by our channel partners. Our Channel Specialist will collaborate closely with partners, create marketing materials, and analyze performance data to understand program success. The ideal candidate will understand the channel marketing function, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for driving engagement.
Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with PTC partners, field marketing, growth marketing, and partner managers. Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on goals.
• Communicate PTC updates to partners on a regular basis
• Drive planning and effective use of MDF, aligned with the marketing plan
• Analyze and report progress against marketing campaign goals and report on ROI
  

Skills/Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree and professional experience in B2B/Channel marketing (high tech)
• Experience with distributor marketing and channel focused distribution model.
• Fluent in English and/or potentially one or more European languages.
• Individual who thrives and is adaptable in a collaborative, cross-functional, continually changing environment.
• Team player in a fast-paced organization.
• Energetic and proactive attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
