Your role:

• He/she will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Support accounting compliance (i.e. support recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, inventories and fixed assets, cash and bank transactions, accruals etc.);
• Lead and manage the accounting department and ensure all standards are followed:

- Effective and timely production of all reports, financial statements, memorandum and any other
documentation on behalf of Company on or before the deadlines set therefore;
- The financial integrity of Company’s books and records relating to the firm’s activity;
- Timely and accurate processing of cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Proper handling of all tax matters and timely filling of all tax return related to the Company;

• Prepare and submit all statutory tax returns, including D100, D101, D112, D300, D390, D394, D406, as well as annual financial statements;
• Oversee and manage the payments processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Work with and ensure proper use of the accounting/ERP system (Saga);
• Prepare and analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Group, in line with internal and external requirements;
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures; provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
• Facilitate and complete monthly/ quarterly/ year end closing according to internal schedule/process;
• Assist with financial audits performed by tax authorities and maintain contacts with public institutions involved (mainly Fiscal Administration);
• Work on other projects as assigned.

• University degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance and Banks) or other related fields;
• Professional experience in a Finance Managerial position / Chief accountant;
• Very good skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
• Professional accounting qualification (CECCAR);
• Detail oriented and organized in daily activity; problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing experienced staff.
