Role Purpose

The Design Engineer – Civil Engineering will focus on drafting, modeling and construction planning activities, supporting civil works for energy infrastructure projects. The role does not involve structural design calculations, but rather detailed technical drawings and coordination for construction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil drafting and 3D models for energy infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on underground power lines, substations and foundations
• Develop detailed construction drawings for underground construction projects and reinforced concrete structures
• Support the planning and layout of substations, including foundations and civil structures
• Create and maintain BIM models using Civil 3D and Revit
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with construction requirements
• Update drawings and documentation based on project changes and construction feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with internal standards, technical specifications and relevant regulations

• Underground power line projects
• Substation civil works (foundations, layouts, underground structures)
• Reinforced concrete and underground construction projects
• Building-related civil works within energy infrastructure projects

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil drafting / modeling roles
• Hands-on experience with Civil 3D and Revit
• Good understanding of BIM methodologies
• Experience working on underground construction and reinforced concrete projects
• German language skills at least B1/B2 level (spoken and written)
• English language proficiency (professional working level)
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and construction requirements
