Your mission
Join us as a Claims Handler and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by managing claims processes and ensuring smooth communication with partners, customers, and authorities.
What will you do?

• Handle claims activities in connection with external partners and PAID.
• Prepare various claim reports related to partner activities and PAID.
• Draft and send communications to customers and authorities.
• Manage internal and external reporting related to claims.
• Participate in system testing for improvements and bug fixes.
• Resolve complaints related to claims.
• Provide email support for claims inquiries from customers and tied agents.
