Client Delivery Engagement (Senior Consultant / Expert) - On site, Bucharest
Role Overview
The Client Delivery Engagement plays a key role in supporting client accounts and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. The role requires strong project management capabilities, experience in consulting or corporate environments (preferably within procurement or finance), excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. Previous relevant and extensive experience on projects with international clients is a core requirement for all applicants.
Working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, the Client Delivery Manager ensures that operational priorities, performance expectations, and strategic objectives are consistently met. The position also requires contributing to continuous improvement efforts and using data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and operational excellence.
Excellent English communication skills are a must to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of value and operational excellence.
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities within client accounts and contribute to client success initiatives.
- Co‑manage relationships with client organizations and senior stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain governance structures to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.
- Uphold data quality standards in reporting and proactively flag service quality issues.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports; manage corrective action plans when necessary.
- Identify and escalate resourcing needs to ensure proper coverage and quality of service.
- Participate in internal alignment meetings to ensure seamless collaboration between operational, functional, and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client delivery, project management, consulting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience working within multinational environments; B2B exposure is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Fluent in English - Advanced Business Level; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach, with demonstrated leadership competencies.
Office location: Bucharest - Pipera Metro Station
Mandatory workplace policy: 4 days per week - office / 1 day per week - remote
Schedule: Mo-Fri from 9-18 (1h lunch break)
Compensation offered: 10.000 - 15.000 ron net/month + 10-15% Performance based annual bonus from the Total Gross Annual Salary
