Client Onboarding Manager

About the Role:

The Client Onboarding Manager helps our Onboarding Representatives to find new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. In this role, you’ll serve as the main key first point of contact to approve contracting our services and guide them toward the next step. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates residing anywhere within Romania, bridging the gap between initial client interest and specialized financial consulting workflows.

🚀 Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and financial goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps to clients.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right internal consulting team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, project milestones, and compliance logs in our CRM system.
• Gather essential documentation required for client verification, legal compliance, and account auditing.
• Verify accuracy of data submitted by clients before handing folders over to specialized delivery units.
• Address early friction points or systemic questions by troubleshooting non-technical initial issues directly.

⚙️ Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a virtual client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working independently in a work-from-home setting.
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, B2B customer success, or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly mandatory.
• Fluency in Romanian is required for regional client coordination and local corporate compliance routines.
• Exceptional detail focus to screen complex cross-border documentation without structural errors.
• Valid legal status in Romania to operate as an independent professional (e.g., PFA or SRL).
• Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a virtual client-facing environment.
• Organized and disciplined to manage your own workflow in a work-from-home setting.
• Prior background in consulting or corporate professional services environments is highly appreciated.
