We're looking for a Team Leader to lead a team of Treasury Services & Transfer Agency Specialists supporting global financial services clients. In this role, you'll combine operational excellence with strong people leadership to develop high-performing teams, improve processes, and ensure outstanding service delivery.
What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 specialists
• Drive team performance across productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs
• Foster an engaging, collaborative, and high-performance culture
• Analyze performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans
• Support the resolution of complex client issues and operational escalations
• Partner with Workforce Management, Quality, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders to optimize service delivery
• Champion continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and innovative thinking
