About the role

Dream Prints is a Romanian wallpaper boutique focused on premium designs and personalized client experiences. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to support our daily operations across sales, client communication, logistics, and basic financial tasks.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining client interaction, business development, and internal coordination in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Management

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing collaborators, including interior designers, architects, and direct clients
• Act as a main point of contact for inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing projects
• Ensure a high standard of communication and client experience

Business Development (B2B)

• Identify and research new potential B2B clients and collaborators
• Proactively contact prospects to present the brand’s products and their possible applications
• Support the growth of the professional client network

Commercial Activities

• Prepare offers, quotations, and commercial proposals
• Handle billing, invoicing, and commercial terms
• Monitor contracts, payment terms, and pricing consistency

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate closely with design, production, and on-site contractor teams
• Coordinate timelines and information flow between departments
• Ensure smooth execution of projects from inquiry to delivery

Internal Finance & Administration

• Oversee basic internal financial tracking and reporting
• Support cash-flow monitoring, expenses, and internal budgets
• Liaise with external accountants or financial partners when needed

Profile We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar role (operations, sales, account management, or business development), with mandatory experience in design, architecture, interiors, or a creative industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, offers, and basic financial data
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with management
• Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
