Responsibilities

• Direct management of auxiliary staff
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Supervision and professional guidance of the team
• Management of the activities and schedules of therapists and doctors
• Monitoring of consumable stock
• Maintenance of medical equipment
• Administration of documents according to procedures
• Monitoring of patient feedback
• Resolution of patient complaints
• Monitoring of services provided and collections
• Identification and implementation of promotion and sales growth solutions
• Minimization of risks for patients and the team

Requirements

• Preferably economic studies – management, trade, finance or cybernetics
• Proven experience in team management
• Experience in the private medical field, financial-banking, marketing or IT
• Energetic, ambitious profile, eager to demonstrate results
• Calm, warm, diplomatic, firm and determined behavior
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Knowledge of administrative HR
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage conflict situations
