By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid setup at our Bucharest office in West Gate, Militari, near Preciziei metro station.
How you’ll make an impact:
Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue invoices and achieve cash collection targets;
Monitor outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and follow up on agreed actions;
Manage invoice disputes and escalate cases when necessary;
Update payment records and account notes in the system;
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to payments and accounts.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English and Italian(minimum B2 );
Intermediate Excel knowledge;
Good Client handling skills;
Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
Bachelor's degree may be required.
