We are looking for our client, a global Leader in Information Technology services and Consulting, to hire a Collections Process Associate with Italian. This role will focus on meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team, delivering a high-quality and cost-effective service, and overseeing the process and customer service decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients to inquire about their overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be fluent in English and Italian (mimum B2 level)
• Customer service skills are a must
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player attitude
• No previous experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates

Please note that this position allows for 60% remote work, making it a great opportunity for those looking for flexibility in their work schedule. There is no requirement for mobility or travel for this role.
