Job Description

• Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers/employees;
• Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;
• Checks and find solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process;
• Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices;
• Complaint handling (missing items/changed items);
• Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, delivery note, shipment list, invoice, etc.);
• Issue documents/reports on special request.

Qualifications

• University degree;
• Experience in a similar position 1 year is an advantage;
• Good English skills;
• Microsoft Office 365;
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
