Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations on financing agreements and project finance contracts, working closely with banks and financial institutions to secure funding for renewable energy projects.
• Review and interpret financial models to support investment decisions, financing negotiations, and project evaluations, ensuring assumptions and outputs align with commercial objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operational activity across the asset portfolio, acting as the main point of coordination between the technical team, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Track and manage commercial contracts and guarantees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring all required documentation (technical, legal, financial, and environmental) is prepared, reviewed, and delivered to lenders, investors, or partners in a timely manner.
