Position Overview:
The Commercial Assistant supports the commercial team in managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of the department. The role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, and providing support for product management and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date product databases, price lists, and promotional materials.
• Handle communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and generate insights to assist in decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports on stock movements, sales forecasts
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare reports for the commercial team on product performance and sales trends.
• Support in the creation and maintenance of accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in the coordination of cross-departmental projects and activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial department as required.
