We are pleased to open the opportunity for a talented Commercial Director in Timisoara to join us and play a key role in driving growth, building partnerships, and supporting innovation in the automotive, civil, and industrial lighting sectors.
This role is key to identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of innovative products in collaboration with the technical teams.

Your Mission
As Commercial Director, you will:
• Analyze the automotive, civil, and industrial lighting markets across Romania and Europe to identify new business opportunities.
• Engage with targeted companies, explore collaboration potential, and position the company as a Trusted Partner.
• Understand technical customer requirements and propose solutions tailored to their needs, supported by our technical experts.
• Develop business strategies aligned with current market trends and the company’s technical-commercial capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions for new and ongoing projects, considering production costs and external market factors.
• Collaborate with management to define strategic development directions aligned with company technology and competencies.
• Lead project implementation as Project Manager, acting as the interface between the client and the company during the transition into production.
• Coordinate with internal departments - design, production, maintenance, quality, procurement - to define project stages, budgets, and success criteria.
• Report project progress and performance to senior management.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a Commercial Manager/Director role.
• International project exposure or experience selling into global markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Project management knowledge, especially for technical projects.
• Solid understanding of financial indicators and cost management.
• The ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset, with flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• A strong focus on Customer satisfaction and understanding of market requirements.
• Advanced skills in English, any others is considered a plus.
• An adaptive leadership style and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
