We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Servicer to provide high-level, day-to-day support for our commercial accounts. This is a fully remote role focused specifically on post-bind account servicing and operational excellence. We need a seasoned professional who brings a strong background in commercial lines and the ability to manage complex policy lifecycles independently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage ongoing needs for assigned commercial accounts, including processing endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy changes.
• Issue and manage certificates of insurance and rigorously review issued policies and endorsements for 100% accuracy against approved proposals. 
• Coordinate directly with carriers to resolve billing questions and track audits, inspections, and outstanding carrier requirements.
• Act as the primary support for one producer, handling day-to-day routine account inquiries and client service requests. 
• Monitor renewal timelines and complete all service-related renewal tasks to ensure no gaps in coverage. 
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records within the agency management system.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience servicing commercial lines insurance accounts is required.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for carrier and client coordination.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Experience with agency management systems is preferred.
