We are looking for a future colleague to join our team, whose mission will be to contribute to the development of a modern business model in the role of Commercial Legal Officer.

In this position, you will provide specialized legal support for all commercial activities, ensuring that business decisions and operations remain fully aligned with legislation, internal policies, and the company’s strategic objectives. You will be directly involved in drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and supervising a wide range of legal and commercial documents, while also managing litigation matters.

Your main responsibilities:

• Offer legal advice on commercial matters and provide compliant, pragmatic solutions for business cases and internal requests.
• Draft, review, and validate commercial documents, contracts, and internal correspondence, ensuring alignment with current legislation and company practices.
• Prepare notifications, letters, and legal communications addressed to partners in situations of contractual non-compliance, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Negotiate and coordinate the signing of contracts and other commercial documents to secure optimal legal terms for the company.
• Supervise and manage pre-litigation and litigation cases involving the company, including collaboration with external law firms and ensuring timely responses and strategic recommendations.
• Act as the company’s legal interface with suppliers, service providers, collaborators, and authorities (e.g., Competition Council, ANPC, ANSVSA, etc.).
• Validate the legal soundness of enforcement procedures or criminal matters in which the company is involved.
• Monitor legislative updates impacting company operations and inform and update relevant departments accordingly
• Develop standard contract templates to streamline procurement and operational workflows.

Profile we are looking for:

• University degree in Law and solid knowledge of commercial and business legislation.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial law, contract management or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate/advanced) and strong command of English (advanced).
• Excellent analytical and legal reasoning skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proactive, solution-driven, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
