Requirements
aEURc Know-how in Gambling Field, Marketing, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing;
aEURc An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns;
aEURc An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customersaEUR(TM) wishes;
aEURc Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas;
aEURc The ability to manage and allocate budgets;
aEURc Written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English;
aEURc Experience with and an understanding of market research;
aEURc Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
aEURc An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns;
aEURc Analytical skills and attention to detail;
aEURc Experience leading a team.
Responsibilities
aEURc Ensure the Brand visibility in the Romanian market and conduct strategies accordingly;
aEURc Have a long-term vision for TotoGaming Marketing proposition on the Romanian market;
aEURc Constantly monitor the Romanian market to ensure the marketing is offering up to date and localized proposals to the customers;
aEURc Develop and implement quarterly marketing projects from concept to completion with agreement to HQ;
aEURc Closely work with Headquarter marketing execution team;
aEURc Perform constant marketing channels monitoring, ensuring the product propositions are clear & advertised effectively;
aEURc Closely work with Market research team (local or outsource) to understand users' needs and to measure brand awareness;
aEURc Negotiate profitable deals and buys within agreed budgets;
aEURc Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots;
aEURc Manage marketing for all various products and service offerings;
aEURc Define KPIs with agreement of supervisor for the local marketing unit;
aEURc Reporting to supervisor and top management aEUR" on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Provide regular updates to team members and management, summarizing campaign performance and planned projected near-future campaigns;
aEURc Monitor and check the quality of all type of advertisements which is going live aEUR" before during and after the end of campaign;
aEURc All other tasks as required by the higher management.
