A Snapshot of Your Day
Support our Installation & Commissioning (I&C) business by managing all commercial offers and service orders for internal customers. In this role, you ensure accurate cost calculations, clean order handling, and smooth commercial execution for transformer installation and commissioning jobs across Europe.
How You’ll Make An Impact

• Prepare commercial offers for I&C scopes, including pricing, budgeting, and commercial clarifications.
• Handle complete order processing and financial tracking for I&C service orders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as technical I&C leads, field service teams, and logistics.
• Validate documentation (timesheets, travel costs, job data etc.) and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain clean financials, support reporting, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  

What You Bring

• Commercial education or background in business administration, finance, or similar.
• Experience in offer and order management, ideally in a service environment.
• Strong numerical skills: MS Office required, SAP is a plus.
• Structured, reliable way of working and strong communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
